Merry Christmas Eve!

I can’t believe that it’s Christmas Eve already!   Time goes too fast.

Instead of doing a recipe post, I am taking a break and just posting what we will be eating over the next few days.  Recipes will follow over the next month or so and I’ll link to the ones that are already here.  I don’t eat too much meat anymore so I tend to make lots of veggie dishes to make up for it.

  1. Nancy, I just love all your recipes and little stories you tell. You menu sounds really good! Wish my hubby and I were sitting at your table! We are having Cornish hens, for our Christmas dinner. We will be having whatever, along with them. The “whatever” will be the best part, because we just do whatever comes to mind! : )
I look forward to all you will post next year!

Have a very Merry Christmas, and may the joy of the reminder of Christ’s birth, and all it entails, be a blessing to you.

    • Thanks, Trish ~ we’d love to have you at our table. I make enough food for an army, LOL! We did Cornish hens a couple of Christmas’s ago and they were great!! Thanks for reading!
