Garlic Chicken


For some reason, I haven’t been using much chicken.  I go through spurts, I guess.  Anyway, I found this easy recipe on allrecipes.  This chicken is so flavorful and takes no time at all to make.

Garlic Chicken

1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter
6 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375º.

Place butter in a microwave safe dish and add the minced garlic. Melt butter in the microwave.

Dip chicken in the butter/garlic mixture and then dip into the bread crumbs, making sure to cover completely.

Place chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 pan and if there is any butter/garlic mixture left, pour over the chicken (I’ve never had any left over).

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through and no pink remains.

Makes 4 servings.
