Garlic Herb Bread

I made lasagna for dinner last night and whipped this up to go along with it.  It’s a little different than just plain old garlic bread and it’s easy to whip up.

Garlic Herb Bread

1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
I loaf Italian bread

Combine the butter and seasonings in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave on high for one minute until butter is melted. Stir.

Brush butter over both sides of bread slices and place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350º until toasted or broil until toasted.

Makes about 12 servings.
