The raspberry and blackberry pies turned out beautifully. The tapioca and corn starch really gave the fruit firmness. It was so nice not to have "soup" when I cut into the pie. I gave away one of the pies as a gift, so when my family had the second pie and home I was so happy it was delicious. Thank you!
